The cosy Titschli restaurant at Hotel frutt Lodge & Spa is open during the day and in the evening. Every morning the restaurant staff prepare a generous breakfast buffet for the guests. The restaurant serves a selection of international, light and fresh cuisine. At lunchtime and in the evening, you can look forward to Swiss classics and some surprising culinary creations. Titschli also has a large terrace where lunch is served in good weather. There’s also a separate part of the restaurant where you can enjoy a cheese fondue or raclette. If you would like to order either of these Swiss specialities, please let us know when you make your reservation.
In the local dialect of Obwalden, "Titschli" means a log – a piece of wood that has been cut to size for burning in a wood-fired oven. The wooden panelling in the Restaurant Titschli and in the bar consists of genuine "Titschlis", which lends the rooms a homely atmosphere.
